Payment processing services for merchants on Auto Detailing CRM are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement.
1. Stripe Connected Account Agreement
By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a merchant on Auto Detailing CRM, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, as modified by Stripe from time to time.
As a condition of Auto Detailing CRM enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Auto Detailing CRM accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Auto Detailing CRM to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
2. Stripe Terminal & Tap to Pay Terms
If you use Tap to Pay on iPhone or Tap to Pay on Android, you also agree to the Stripe Terminal Terms.
You acknowledge that:
- You will use the Tap to Pay feature solely for lawful business transactions.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the privacy and security of cardholder data.
- Stripe and Auto Detailing CRM are not liable for issues arising from the use of unsupported devices or operating systems.
3. Prohibited Businesses
By using Stripe services through Auto Detailing CRM, you represent and warrant that you are not engaged in any of Stripe's Restricted Businesses.
4. Fees and Payouts
Stripe fees for processing payments will be deducted automatically from your transactions. Auto Detailing CRM may also deduct platform fees as described in our pricing policy. Payouts are subject to Stripe's payout schedule and verification processes.
