1. Agreement and Program Scope
These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern the Auto Detailing CRM customer Referral Program. By sharing or using a referral code or accepting a referral credit, you agree to these Referral Terms and the Terms of Use.
The Referral Program is for eligible Auto Detailing CRM workspaces and awards CRM subscription credit. It does not pay cash and is separate from the Affiliate Program for approved external partners.
2. Eligibility and Referral Codes
An eligible CRM workspace may receive one stable primary referral code and shareable link. The code belongs to the workspace, not to an individual staff member. Access to the code and reporting may be limited by role and workspace permissions.
A code is a public tracking identifier, not a password, gift card, promotion code, or guarantee of credit. We may limit eligibility by plan, account status, brand, country, risk, or program availability, and may disable a code without deleting legitimate historical records.
3. Attribution
Under the current default program, a valid referral link may be attributed for 30 days. A valid code deliberately entered during registration may take priority over a stored link. Otherwise, the first valid customer-referral or affiliate link within its applicable attribution window generally controls, and a later link does not silently replace it.
Each new CRM workspace can have only one acquisition relationship: either one referring CRM workspace or one external affiliate. The relationship becomes final when the new workspace is provisioned, except for an audited administrative correction permitted before qualification. Browser settings, cookie deletion, device changes, expired or disabled codes, incomplete signup, or brand mismatch may prevent attribution.
4. Qualification
Registration alone does not qualify for a reward. Under the current default program, the referred workspace must complete its first eligible, positive, paid Auto Detailing CRM subscription invoice within 90 days after registration. The invoice must meet the minimum payment and other requirements shown in the program version recorded for that referral.
AI or SMS usage charges, payments that a CRM customer collects from its own clients, unrelated Stripe Connect activity, duplicate invoice or subscription claims, free plans, and zero-dollar invoices do not qualify. Qualification is subject to self-referral, ownership, payment-identity, fraud, and abuse controls.
5. Current Subscription Credits
The current default reward is USD 25 in CRM subscription credit for the referring workspace and USD 10 in CRM subscription credit for the eligible referred workspace. The referring workspace is currently subject to a USD 500 monthly credit cap. Credits are issued after the current 30-day cooling-off period and are applied to a future eligible Auto Detailing CRM subscription invoice.
Credits have no cash value, are not withdrawable, transferable, or redeemable for customer transactions, and may not be combined or used outside the manner supported by our billing system. If an eligible subscription ends before credit can be applied, unused credit may expire or remain unavailable as described in the recorded program version and applicable law.
6. Holds, Reversals, and Program Versions
A refund, dispute, chargeback, payment failure, confirmed fraud, prohibited self-referral, duplicate claim, or other ineligible event may cancel a pending credit or create a compensating reversal after a credit was issued. We use ledger entries and audit records rather than silently rewriting qualified history.
Reward values, windows, delays, minimum payments, caps, eligible plans, brands, and program availability are versioned and may change. The version recorded for a referral governs that referral. Later changes generally apply only to future registrations and do not silently recalculate an existing attribution. The current terms shown inside the CRM control if they differ from the public defaults summarized here.
7. Prohibited Activity
You may not:
- Refer your own workspace, create duplicate businesses, or refer a business with common ownership, email, phone, payment identity, or another disqualifying relationship.
- Create accounts, payments, cancellations, refunds, or device and network activity for the purpose of manufacturing credit.
- Use spam, purchased contact lists, unlawful calls or texts, deceptive claims, impersonation, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or hidden redirects to distribute a referral link.
- Sell, auction, publicly trade, or misrepresent a referral code as a discount or Stripe promotion code.
8. Privacy
The public code-validation flow does not reveal the referring workspace's business name, owner, email, phone, tenant identifier, plan, or subscription details. Referral reporting inside the CRM uses privacy-safe aggregate counts, dates, reward terms, and credit status; it does not expose the referred business's name or contact details.
We process limited link, registration, qualification, billing, fraud, and audit data to operate the program. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Suspension, Account Changes, and Termination
We may pause the program, disable a code, reject a referral, reverse a reward, or suspend participation for fraud, misuse, legal or payment risk, account ineligibility, or a violation of these terms. Disabling new attribution does not erase valid credit, reversal, or audit history that must be retained.
Cancellation or deletion of a CRM workspace may end its ability to earn or use future credit. Records may be deleted, de-identified, or retained where required for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or security, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to or End of the Program
We may change, pause, or discontinue the Referral Program and may require acceptance of updated terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law. No person has a right to future referrals, future program availability, or a reward for activity that has not satisfied the recorded qualification requirements.
11. General Terms and Contact
The disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, governing law, and miscellaneous provisions in the Terms of Use apply to the Referral Program. If a provision of these Referral Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
