Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the Auto Detailing CRM Affiliate Program. By applying, accepting an invitation, accepting a program version, using an affiliate link, or receiving commission, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and the Terms of Use.

The Affiliate Program is for approved external partners. It is separate from a CRM workspace and from the customer's Referral Program. An affiliate introduction does not automatically create a discount or referral credit for the referred business.

• You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, located in a supported country, and provide accurate application, tax, and payout information.
• Public applicants must complete email and mobile-phone verification. For a manual invitation, an authorized Super Admin may waive phone verification for that individual; email verification remains required and the waiver is recorded in the administrative audit log.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or request additional information based on program eligibility, risk, compliance, and operational availability.
• Your Affiliate Portal credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them secure and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Once approved and after accepting the current program terms, you may receive a unique affiliate code and link. The code is a tracking identifier, not an authentication credential, coupon, or promise that a commission will be earned.

Under the current default program, a valid link capture remains eligible for attribution for 30 days. An eligible code deliberately entered during registration may take priority over a stored link. Otherwise, the first valid referral or affiliate link within its attribution window generally controls. Each new CRM workspace can be attributed to only one customer referrer or external affiliate, and attribution becomes final when workspace registration is completed, except for audited corrections permitted by the program.

Browser settings, cookie deletion, use of another device, an invalid or disabled code, an expired window, brand mismatch, or incomplete registration may prevent attribution. We do not pay commission for an introduction that was not validly recorded by our systems.

A click or free registration does not qualify for commission. Under the current default program, the referred business must complete its first eligible, positive, paid Auto Detailing CRM subscription invoice within 90 days after registration. The payment must pass our self-referral, duplicate-attribution, ownership, payment-identity, fraud, and other eligibility controls.

The eligible amount is limited to qualifying CRM subscription plan charges actually paid after discounts. Taxes, tips, SMS or AI usage, credits, refunds, customer payments processed by a CRM tenant, unrelated invoice items, and other non-qualifying amounts are excluded. Free subscriptions and zero-dollar invoices do not qualify.

The current public default is a one-time commission equal to 10% of the eligible first subscription payment, capped at USD 1,000 for each qualified referred business. Commission is not recurring. We may agree to an individual rate or cap with a specific affiliate.

Program economics and rules are versioned. The version and any active individual terms recorded for an introduction determine its rate, cap, currency, windows, and hold. A later program change applies prospectively and does not silently recalculate an existing recorded introduction. Under the current default program, qualified commission remains pending for a 30-day cooling-off period. A refund, dispute, chargeback, payment failure, fraud finding, prohibited self-referral, duplicate claim, account deletion, or other ineligible event may cancel or reverse commission before or after payout.

Adjustments are recorded in the commission ledger rather than by rewriting historical entries. If a reversal creates a negative balance, we may offset it against future commission or use another lawful recovery method described in the applicable program version.

Affiliates receive payouts through Stripe Connect. You must connect and maintain an eligible, payout-ready Stripe account and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe collects identity, tax, and bank information; Auto Detailing CRM does not store your raw bank account details.

The current default minimum available balance is USD 50 and the payout cadence is monthly. Every payout also requires the cooling-off period to have ended, a payout-ready connected account, and administrative approval. A cadence is not a guarantee of payment on a particular calendar date. Stripe availability, compliance review, sanctions screening, incomplete tax information, disputes, or technical failures may delay or prevent a payout.

Your statements about Auto Detailing CRM must be truthful, current, and based on your honest experience. Whenever you promote or endorse the Service, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive commission. The disclosure must appear close to the recommendation or affiliate link and comply with applicable advertising and endorsement laws and platform rules.

You may use program-provided links and approved brand materials only to participate in the program. You may not imply that you are an employee, agent, exclusive representative, or authorized reseller of Auto Detailing CRM, and you may not register or use confusingly similar domains, social handles, or advertising identities.

You may not:

• Refer yourself, a business you own or control, or an account sharing the same owner, payment identity, or other disqualifying relationship.
• Use spam, purchased lists, unlawful calls or texts, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, misleading claims, fake reviews, impersonation, or incentives that obscure the material connection.
• Manipulate registrations, payments, refunds, attribution, identity, or device and network signals to create or preserve commission.
• Bid on Auto Detailing CRM trademarks, impersonate our website or portal, or use our marks in a domain or account name without prior written approval.
• Promote the Service in unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful content or in a way that violates third-party rights.

After a referred business completes registration, the Affiliate Portal may show its business name so you can identify the introduction. You do not receive the owner's name, email, phone number, tenant identifier, payment method, invoice contents, internal risk signals, or CRM records. You may use the limited information in the portal only to understand and reconcile your program activity.

If that business later deletes its CRM account, the portal replaces its name with Deleted business while retaining privacy-safe dates, status, and financial history needed for reconciliation and audit. Additional details are in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop promoting the Service at any time. We may disable a code, freeze payouts, suspend, or terminate participation for suspected fraud, policy violations, legal or payment risk, inactivity, program closure, or other legitimate business reasons. Where appropriate, we may request information or provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension or termination does not erase valid audit, commission, reversal, tax, or payout records. If your account has referral or financial history, it may be retained or suspended rather than deleted so that we can preserve the financial audit trail.

You are responsible for determining and paying taxes arising from affiliate income and for providing accurate tax documentation. You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture status, and you have no authority to bind Auto Detailing CRM.

We may change, pause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or create a new version of its terms. Material changes will be presented through reasonable website, portal, or email notice where appropriate. We may require acceptance of a new version before you can create new attributions or continue participating. Existing ledger records remain governed by their recorded version except where law, fraud, or a valid reversal requires otherwise.

The disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, governing law, and miscellaneous provisions in the Terms of Use apply to the Affiliate Program. If a provision of these Affiliate Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
